Montana Ghost Hunter

Rankin Hall Media Coverage

by on Oct.29, 2009, under Investigations

The KPAX news crew was at the Rankin Hall investigation with us, but I never knew what came of that as far as coverage.  Googling around today, I found that there was a news story on line “University of Montana campus ghost hunt“, which goes in to the hunt, as well as a video segment.

It’s pretty cool to get some exposure, I hope it helps our group find some more locations!

Looking forward to the finale of Missoula ZooFM 107.5 ghost hunts tonight. I’m still in the dark on the location, but it’s sounding like it’ll be a new location.

My friend works at the building where they did their investigation last night (October 29) He has a ton of stories about how haunted the location is. One of his coworkers is so terrified after being touched, she refuses to have anything to do with the ghosts.

I was born and raised in Lewistown, MT and personally witnessed apparitions on a few occasions (with others present) at what used to be the Central Montana Hospital and the old Fergus High School. Though both buildings were ‘condemned’, they were turned into condos and still stand.

Of special interest should be the area where the stage/auditorium used to be located in the old High School on 7th Avenue South, just a couple blocks off Main Street.

If you decide to go and get permission to do so, I’d love to tag along. My friends and I ran into ‘something’ several times over the course of 3 years in the early 80′s… would be fantastic to see if they are still lingering.

    Take care,
